Translation
The time I was sick, I was very sick, I thought I was going to die. I lay down on the mat, and I dreamed. I dream. I was lying on the mat, and the wind spirits came. They grab me and take me to the bottom of a dry wash. These spirits play with the dry wash spirits. They twist up the sand and send it to the wind spirits, and the wind spirits send it back. They show you water in the distance, and then before you get there, they take it away. They dragged me over thorns and sharp rocks. They hit me all over my body. I felt pain all over, I felt all kinds of bad. I said to them, "Stop! Stop these things! Be good to me!" But the spirits did not listen to me. Suddenly, I saw my great uncle. He was grandmother's grandmother's uncle, and he helped me. He grabbed the spirits who were playing with me, and he stopped them. He said to them, "This person is my daughter. Stop hitting her. Be good to her." So the spirits stopped hitting me. He said to them, "Take my daughter to the sacred pool." They took me to the pool. They washed the pain from all over my body. Then the spirits left there, and played somewhere else. Great uncle set me on the path to home. And so I came home. I lay down on the mat, and my eyes opened. Afterwards, I started to recover.
